Absence of a Gym./ Health Club!! Was not informed that the Health Club was not working at the time of booking and was advertised as one of the facilities available.

The hotel's supreme location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the 24-hour McDonald's was a lifesaver for late-night cravings. However, the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection was a minor annoyance during our stay.

Great value for money. Excellent location(despite the fact that there is no 7eleven or family mart near by) and very close to siam station. Comfy bed!
Nothing.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Siam!
The location is superb. Just a quick 2-3 minute walk to the BTS National Stadium. The breakfast was a lovely start to our day, enjoyed with fine views. Clean rooms with great amenities and a small gym for workouts. Highly recommend this place for convenience and value.

The thin walls made for some noisy nights. The room was cozy and clean.

The location is perfect, in the heart of Siam square (the shopping hub in Bangkok) and directly next to National Stadium BTS. The hotel design is modern, the rooms are new and clean. The staff is professional and will provide you with anything you need. It's a cool hotel, great for young travelers.
The breakfast is limited, plain croissants and few deserts. The price can be considered expensive for a 4-stars, though it's within the range of other hotels in the same area.

Though it's located next to National Stadium Skytrain station, it is impossible to spot the hotel from the platform as the building is visually blocked by a maroon-brown taller skyscraper just next to it on the main road. The hotel is still currently advertising at the Skytrain station and the large overhead-bridge, so we're sure we're at the right place. Very clean, new and modernly decorated with its steel-blue tone as lighting that promotes a feeling of calmness and tranquility. Love our room at the 17th floor with its floor-to-ceiling glass panel window that provides a stunning view of Bangkok's day and night. All guests get to enjoy free breakfast with the option to have it on-the-go if you're in a hurry. It would be perfect if the hotel has a pool.
Wifi is free but unstable. Staff doesn't seems to understand the meaning of "earthquake" when we rush down the building when we felt vertigo and saw our curtains shake when we were watching tv in our room on 17th floor. Maybe they don't have earthquake in Bangkok, so they don't understand the term... Other guests felt it too but no one said anything until we ask the staff. Turns out an earthquake hit Myanmar on that faithful day. Not a violent shake or anything, just a little scare... The good kind.
